Very hard to answer but I would die for my moms Chala Meen (Sardine Fish) curry.

If London were a dish, in your opinion, what dish would it be?

Curried scallop Ceviche, British pea gel topped with finest russian beluga caviar and thin shavings of trifola d'alba madonna served with a glass of 1990 Grand Cru ‘Le Montrachet' Domaine des Comtes Lafon.( Thats how complex London is)

If you could choose any place (with a view) to set up your kitchen, where would it be?

I fell in love when I visited Henly on Thames, this would be definitely my place where I would set up my kitchen with a view to the river.

The craziest place you've ever eaten at?

In Chennai parry's corner – at a street food vendor with a shop size of a telephone booth sold the best samosas I have ever eaten.

Your detox recipe for January?

Tender coconut water with a hint of ginger, fresh mint and dash of fresh lime juice.

What's your advice to start the year?

Try to catch up on your new years resolutions of 2014.
